Taking a website project as an example, payments are usually divided into three stages: ●40% | Project Kickoff Payment Paid upon confirmation of collaboration, covering project scheduling, requirement alignment, and the start of the design phase. ●40% | Project Milestone Payment Paid after the overall website design is completed and approved, prior to entering the development and implementation phase. ●20% | Final Delivery Payment Paid after development is completed and the website passes testing and acceptance, followed by final delivery and deployment.

Our pricing is customized based on the specific requirements and actual workload of each project. Before formal discussions begin, we provide clients with a base pricing reference to indicate the approximate cost range for different types of projects. This reference is intended to help assess project fit and collaboration expectations and does not represent a final quotation. Prior to issuing a formal quote, we work closely with you to clarify and confirm the following key details: ●Project type and objectives (brand websites, product websites, custom web solutions, etc.) ●Number of pages and overall structural complexity ●Design depth and visual style requirements (reference cases and aesthetic preferences) ●Interaction design and functional requirements ●Project timeline and delivery schedule Once the requirements are clearly defined, we will provide a clear and actionable customized quotation, detailing the scope of services, project phases, and corresponding costs. This ensures transparency, efficient communication, and minimizes potential discrepancies during the collaboration.

We do not provide unpaid trial work or participate in design competitions, and we will not deliver any design proposals without a signed contract and initial payment. ●The reason is that professional design work requires significant time, effort, and expert judgment: ●Professional value of ideas and proposals: Each design proposal represents our team’s creativity, research, and strategic thinking. Providing work for free can undervalue this effort. ●Ensuring quality for existing clients: Participating in competitions or unpaid trials consumes substantial time and resources, which can affect the quality, delivery schedule, and service experience of projects already under contract. ●Risk management: Unpaid trial work or competitions can lead to intellectual property disputes or unauthorized use of designs. ●Delivery quality assurance: A signed contract and initial payment ensure that both parties clearly define the project scope, responsibilities, and objectives, allowing the design process to proceed efficiently and professionally. For these reasons, we only undertake projects under a clear cooperation agreement, contract terms, and initial payment, ensuring clients receive high-quality, practical, and business-ready design deliverables, while protecting the rights of both parties.

Although we may not have completed projects in the exact same industry, our 20+ years of design and development experience enable us to deliver high-quality results. Our proposals are direct and focused, letting the work speak for itself. We don’t waste time creating lengthy PPTs, nor do we self-indulge or pile on abstract concepts. We don’t present hollow “design philosophies” or use flashy language to exaggerate the effect. We respect the market and the end users, and every design is aimed at being practical and implementable, enabling clients to quickly understand, evaluate, and efficiently discuss improvements.

Our project pricing does not include the cost of licensed fonts, images, or videos. If the design requires specific copyrighted assets, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses. Otherwise, we will use freely available assets to complete the design, ensuring the project proceeds smoothly.

We handle project development from scratch all the way through to final launch. Our development services include: ●Developing website functionality through programming ●Adapting the site to required platforms and devices ●Integrating third-party API services ●Developing other custom features (e.g., payment, booking, membership systems) We provide end-to-end design and development services, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from concept to launch.

Upon project completion, all intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. At the same time, we reserve the right to showcase and share the project for promotion, design competitions, social media, and our portfolio, to demonstrate our design capabilities and case experience.

We offer one year of free maintenance for our website clients, including: ●Ensuring the website runs securely and smoothly ●Fixing visual or functional issues (bugs) ●Assisting with backend operations and technical questions ●Supporting third-party configurations (e.g., SSL certificates, CDN, OSS, servers) Our services are designed to keep your website stable and reliable, giving clients peace of mind.

Our custom-built backend includes basic SEO optimization, which covers: ●Sitemap generation ●Necessary files for search engine visibility ●Image and metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, image alt text, slug, etc.) Beyond these basic settings, we do not offer additional SEO integrations or marketing services.
