To improve communication efficiency and ensure transparent collaboration, LML Design Studio has officially released its workflow and service framework for customized projects. Our pricing is tailored to each project based on specific requirements and actual workload, ensuring that every collaboration accurately aligns with the client’s goals and business value.

Before formal discussions, we provide a basic pricing reference to help clients understand the general cost range for different types of projects. This reference is for preliminary evaluation only and does not represent the final quotation.

Prior to issuing a formal proposal, we will fully communicate with the client and confirm the following key information:

  • Project type and objectives (brand websites, product websites, customized platforms, etc.)

  • Number of pages and overall structural complexity

  • Design depth and visual style requirements

  • Interaction methods and functional needs

  • Project timeline and delivery schedule

With over 20 years of experience in design and development, we are able to deliver high-quality projects across a wide range of industries. We do not rely on so-called “industry experience” alone. Instead, we focus on professional capability, logical methodology, and structured workflows—developing solutions based on real user needs, business goals, and market context.

Once the scope is defined, we provide a clear and actionable customized quotation, detailing service content, project phases, and corresponding costs. This ensures transparency, efficient communication, and avoids unnecessary misalignment later in the process.

Our proposals focus on the essentials and speak through the work itself — we do not spend time creating lengthy PPT presentations, nor do we indulge in self-expressive concepts or empty design theories. We respect the market and end users, and all designs are driven by practical feasibility and real-world execution, enabling clients to quickly understand, evaluate, and efficiently discuss improvements.

In terms of collaboration structure, we formalize responsibilities and rights through contracts. For website projects, payments are typically divided into three stages:

  • 40% | Project initiation – for scheduling, requirement analysis, and design kickoff

  • 40% | Design completion – after overall design approval, entering the development phase

  • 20% | Final delivery – upon completion, testing, and official launch

After project completion, all intellectual property belongs to the client. Meanwhile, we retain the right to showcase the project in marketing materials, design competitions, social media, and our portfolio for case demonstration purposes.

In addition, LML Design Studio provides one year of free maintenance for website clients, including system stability support, bug fixes, backend operation assistance, and third-party technical configuration (such as SSL, CDN, servers), ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
